Renaming files for PSR-0 support (kohana 3.3)

Thanks for the commit. I'm currently rewriting it as a framework independent library. You can see the code here: https://github.com/ThePixelDeveloper/Sitemap-v2

Once it has the full functionality you'll just be able to include it in your composer file (if you have one). I'm going to leave this for now.
