Can we have a new release?

When updating emsdk, I encountered an error. I forked the library to make adjustments and noticed that it was already fixed. However, I use Conan as a package manager, and they only bump the version when a tag or release is published in the official repository.

Looks like the only good Lua binding is abandoned 😭 Last development commits were 1.5 years ago and last release was 2.5 years ago.

It looks as if 3.3.1 and 3.5.0 both exist as git tags, but have not been pushed as GitHub releases. Is some automation failing?
