Better Video and Token size/placement

I suggest, even if it's a bit challenging, to make the webcam/token distribution and size look like the NRB videos, it would use up the empty space, look better, have the tokens big and in a circle and have the webcams bigger and better visible... If you try to actually look at how the tokens are distributed when webcams are on, especially when only some of them are, they are placed very awkwardly and look small and weird, the webcams being inside the circles are too small.. even after zooming to the maximum convenient size it's still a bit weird.. and I have perfect sight.. can't imagine ppl with weak eyesight having to look at tiny tokens under the webcams
