[BUG] Script Tool - Tooltips don’t show on mobile

Description

In the new script tool, mobile users (or at least me on mobile) can’t view the “Script Type” or “Bloodstar Image Correction” tooltips. Tapping the ? button toggles the boxes/opens the dropdown.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the new script tool on mobile/iOS Safari
  2. Tap the settings gear
  3. Tap the ? tooltip button for either setting named above
  4. Tooltip does not show, but interacts with the setting
