[FEATURE] Let ST end grim reveal manually

What problem are you trying to solve?

The grim reveal ends automatically once all characters are revealed, sometimes preventing the ST from showing the game result. Experienced STs will avoid ending the grim reveal by not revealing a single character until it is done, but I think this isn't a good workaround and if you have to show the last person, you have to either change your recall of the game to put the game result before the character reveal, or end the grim reveal early without the result while still talking.

Describe the solution you'd like

The grim reveal should not end automatically until the storyteller presses a button to proceed.

Hi @Alexejhero, thanks for the suggestion! We already have plans to overhaul the grim reveal in the near future, and your suggestion has been brought up before as part of that overhaul. Unfortunately it'll still be a while before we get to it.
