[FEATURE] Ability to Supply Character Specific Almanac Entries

What problem are you trying to solve?

Right now, you are able to click on official characters in the app and pull up their wiki page to get more information on how to run and such. When making homebrew characters, it would be nice to be able to provide a link to the character's entry in the almanac for similar functionality

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to add an optional property to the definition of a character which is supplied with a link. The app will then link out to that page when players click on the character icon in the side bar. The ability to show or hide these links could either be controlled by the option to load custom token art, or a separate menu item could be added.

Alternatives you have considered

The other main way to achieve this would be to add a summary, howToRun, and example, property to the character, and generate the almanac on the fly. That seemed like a lot more development work though compared to just providing a link
