What problem are you trying to solve?

There's a heavy problem in botc.app where someone leaves while/after storyteller is picking roles. This forces storyteller to redo everything and doubles and sometimes even triples waiting time. It also disappoints players who have already waited and started thinking about the role they may have gotten.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a feature where a button at the top allows people to join games as substitute when someone leaves or wait for a spot to open up as a substitute. There should also be a metric on each persons profile "Games Substituted" next to the other metrics to help encourage this behavior.
