HTTP 404 Response from W3C validator API
Steps to Reproduce:
- download recent build from github
- install
- after install it automatically opens up IE, and sets location to the WAT page on TPG’s website.
- with toolbar now available, select Check -> HTML Validation Quick Check ->
- Dialogs appear with 404 image.
Not sure how this gives 404 when the page clearly exists and can be seen in the background of the image.

No idea what the issue is, but thanks for posting.
I tried to follow your path, and end up with a different error dialog, see image attached.
if it helps, I am able to use the W3C Nu Markup Checker on that page... but the W3C HTML Validator doesn't work either there for some reason...
