Color Picker does not work with Windows 11 - same issue as #311

Describe the bug The same issue as Color Picker does not work with Windows 10 Enterprise #311. Pipette won't pick up only colour except what the application opened with.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11 Home 64 bits
  • Version 22H2

I am having the same problem. It was working perfectly two weeks ago, now it only picks up the black color.

We are experiencing the same issue with the colour picker not working at all for foreground and background. working off Windows 10 Enterprise, version 22H2. OS build 19045.4651. 64 bit operating system and processor.

Can confirm this also affects Windows 11 Home, it was previously working a few months ago, but suddenly stopped.
