Color picker flashing between black & intended color
Describe the bug The eyedropper rapidly flashes between black and the color on my screen. If I am lucky, it chooses the color I want. If I am unlucky, it chooses black. And I don't seem to be very lucky. Oh, things have now gotten worse; the magnifier shows black almost all the time, with occasional flashes of the actual colors.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 bits
- Version 20H2
To Reproduce Click the eyedropper and move it over the target. Expected behavior I expected to see the colors at the mouse position magnified in a circle.

Additional context I have two monitors: the built-in one on the Dell laptop and also a Dell 1905FP. I use the latter as my primary display. I tried making the internal display primary, but that made no difference.
I'm having the same problem. I'm running CCA v 3.1.4. My OS is Windows 10 Professional x64 v21H2 (build 19044.1586) I have 3 monitors. One for my Lenovo Thinkpad and two Lenovo T2324pa (1920x1080) displays.
Same problem happening for me as well, using CCA v. 3.1.4 on Windows 10 using a Dell laptop and an HP monitor.
I'm running into the same issue with Version 3.1.4. For me, the flashing can/will trigger a migraine.
Has there been any update on this issue? Currently experiencing the same thing. System Windows 10 Enterprise Version 21H2. OS build 19044.2364 (64-bit)
Sorry I'm afraid not.
I switched back to the older version. The problem was also happening on Windows 11 v10.0.22623 build 22623 (x64)
