color picker not functioning

The color picker was not functional as usual. Please see the attached images. The faculty member is using macOS Catalina 10.15.7.

This is the same issue as #163.

To fix this, you must grant CCAe access to the Screen Recording features within MacOS. To do so,

1. Close CCAe
2. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen Recording and grant access to CCAe
3. Start CCAe and the color picker should work as expected.
