Send to Kindle fails

Sending an epub downloaded via WattpadDownloader to a kindle through Email fails.

This was reported through Reddit.

https://github.com/TheOnlyWayUp/WattpadDownloader/blob/85bc4609c2ffcc9563ebeb7f379711032d6fa99e/src/api/src/create_book.py#L222-L223 It's one of these two lines, I believe the ncx one works, and the nav.xhtml is the file which breaks kindle compatibility. I compared the generated epub to one converted to mobi and back, the latter had only the ncx file and no nav.xhtml.

It's never been an issue with Calibre and Kindle, there's likely some conversion that goes on in the Send to Kindle step.

This is likely not the issue. It might be a xhtml vs html issue.

Newly downloaded EPUB file can’t be sent to Kindle due to an internal error (E999). However, the old file downloaded long ago can still be sent to Kindle.

It seems the issue happened again.
