Downloads Fail If the Screen is "Locked"

For nolockscreen any livearea file can download no problem up until it's time to finish. If the screen is off once the download reaches 100% you'll be given a download failed error.

Ive deleted my comment, after realizing that you do have lock screen, but i tried anyways...
