SD Card got corrupted after trying to delete pspemu

So my sd card got corrupted after trying to delete the pspemu folder (didn't know it was a system folder) and now its not recognised. I get a popup every time i turn the vita on asking me to format it but it gives me C4-10278-8 error if I try. Is there something I can do? Vitashell was installed on the card so im left with no apps on the vita.

Go ask on discord or somewhere else, this is for issues specifically with VitaShell itself, not for issues with the surrounding environment
