Updating VitaShell Problem

I was unable to Update to 1.96 for some reason, so I decided to Uninstall it. Not sure what was wrong, but I was not able to Install it again, so I had to Install a older Version (1.81). I was still unable to Install the Updated Version. So I followed the other Instructions and opened it as a .zip File to copy the contents to a Folder and Manually Update. It worked, however, the Live Area Screen still shows 1.81, but in the App, it shows 1.96. Now I updated to 1.97 with no problem.......but it still shows 1.81.....and in the App, 1.96

it should go away if you refresh the database
