Rules overview: Potentially confusing double negative

In the first grouping of rules which serves as an overview, under "Do not" it says "Avoid asking low effort questions that are missing relevant details". While the implication is clear, it couldn't hurt to adjust that. Simple as replacing "Avoid asking" with "Ask"
