The youtube series you have shared uses jquery extensibly. Which I as well as most of us who have been following your course are probably unaware of it, so it is just too confusing. So, I think it should be removed.

The YouTube series does a great job of explaining the concepts which is the core part of the videos. It does so via JQuery, which while not ideal, shouldn't be a huge issue for the learners. There will be many times when a learner needs to understand a concept without fully understanding the underlying programming language/library or syntax.

In fact, it should be a required reading.
