I'm happy to contribute to update every lesson to update all of them as per layout style guide.

Things I'll update:

• Unordered lists from * asterisks to - dashes.
• Ordered lists from 1, 2, 3 to 1, 1, 1.
• Surround headings with blank lines
• Code blocks to ```.
• Markdown styling for bold and underline text to use * asterisks instead of _ underscores

I'll do this through a series of PRs.
