HTML Boilerplate: Update Live Server Recommendation
Suggesting an updated recommendation to use the official Live Preview extension, instead of Live Server, which was last updated in August 2022.
See discussion here:
Because
Particularly for users of WSL, a recommendation of a VS Code extension to preview HTML files is extremely valuable. Microsoft now offers a first party solution, called Live Preview, that solves this need. Live Server, the extension currently recommended on this page, has not seen an update in >1 year and according to mdfr4nk, is no longer recommended.

- Replaced the reference and link to Ritwick Dey's Live Server extension with Microsoft's official Live Preview extension.

I have been using Live Server for some time now with no issues. I understand it has not been updated in a while, but are there issues with using it?
I don't have issues with Live Preview, but if you want to use this, then IMO you also need to include instructions for configuring it to open Chrome since that is the browser we support.
The main issue is likely to be the lack of developer response to issues that arise (see the Issues on the Live Server project). I don't believe it's in TOP's best interest to play tech support for an unmaintained extension.
As for your other concern, that's worth considering - by default, Live Preview opens a browser inside VS Code, which isn't optimal for training on browser tools/sticking to Chrome. That said, its instructions for opening up in a browser are fairly well documented on the linked page. With all that, the current version of this lesson is not encouraging use of the tool, so it may not be worth belaboring it within the lesson.

Let’s close this one out. The Recipes suggestion is a good alternative to consider and once I can focus, l’ll suggest the content for it. Will reference this PR on that item once created.
