launch tmux window instead of iTerm2 if tmux is running

Attempt at fixing https://github.com/TheNewNormal/kube-solo-osx/issues/147 though it's my first time using XCode

thanks for the PR, this only work for first initialisation, up.command will not use tmux as obj-c calls up.command shell script via iTerm.
