also, per https://github.com/TheNewNormal/kube-cluster-osx/issues/4#issuecomment-175858445 we need to handle properly host's resume when there were running VMs at suspend time.

I just saw my mac experienced a crash when i put it to sleep with kube-cluster-osx and coreos-osx vms running. I'd be more than happy to send you the crash report if it helps, just don't want to post it here.
