Dump HTML upon error

Once the scripts throws an error, dump the HTML, so it can be debugged later, this is especially for Docker related issue where "headless" can't be disabled.

Wouldn't taking a screenshot as well be more effective because sometimes you can't tell what is happening on the page?

For debugging, code is easier, since I can see what the element names are, however both can be added if I get around to it.
