My points redemption has been restricted.
I still have active accounts, but I can't redeem points and I get a warning that they've been temporarily restricted. Is there a solution? I don't know if I can change any settings to bypass this restriction and at least recover the points.

Same here, my account restricted or suspended. Many others on reddit are facing this issue as well.
Any ideas on what I can do to get them unlocked? I don't know if I should slow down the searches even more, or stop earning rewards for a few days.
When redeeming something, you can only use 1 account per phone number. I think that is why it gets suspended.
After searching on forums, I saw some people saying that doing the daily series and other activities too quickly and without scrolling and clicking on the page can cause this. Even normal users can get restricted.
Got that too when i tried to redeem accounts today. I guess we should have seen that coming, not clicking any link makes it pretty obvious that we are not a regular user. Welp, i guess i will try to reactivate the "ClickRandomResults", i just hope that it won't break everything like it did when i first started using this script. If that doesn't work, i guess i will need to disable the script a few days before redeeming the accounts
And no, it have nothing to do with phone number. Firstly because in those case microsoft just straight up ban you, it doesn't put up a message like "pwease stap botting uwu". And secondly because i also got that message on accounts who enver had any linked phone number on them.
Mine does use "ClickRandomResults" and still got suspended I am not sure as of to why though.

They ban/suspend you instantly when entering an already used phone number, that is what happened to me at least
That's not the same message. the message people are repporintg is realyl jsut microsoft asking you to stop whitout banning the account But yeah, for the phone number the rules are pretty weird. It's not exactly one phone number/account. The exact rate i figured out was 5 accounts/phone number But that's not the only rule. You need at least 2-3 days between redemption (maybe even a week if you wanna be safe), and to use different computers/VM because somehow they manage to guess that it's the same computer even with browsers that are supposed to be anonymous. The general recommandation i have for people having multiple accounts is to just purchase like 4-5 sim card (you can get UK ones from lebara for like 2€/sim card + delivery fee, who can receive sms from everywhere whitout any subscription), and then regularly switch between those.
@serzak51 How about redeem with QR-code? I tried once but didn’t redeem much, worried they’d notice it’s from the same device. Have you tried it?

I never hear about qr code redeeming. Is it with the microsoft phone app? If yes, then yeah the only time i tried to used it it seemed like it was a bit more lenient, like actually telling me that this account is dead for redeeming Yeah it should works since your phone is a different device then your computer. But then it only give you 2 devices, so if you wanna scale it up, you will have to rapidly learn how to use VM
For the point redemption message, it's still here. Either it takes much longer to disappear (which is not impossible), or it's blocking point redemption for accounts that are flagged (the ones that can only do 3 searches every 15 minutes, which would be pretty logical).

Does QR redemption still work? I read that its no longer available, and Ive never encountered it myself. To redeem a reward via QR, do you need to use a specific browser? Or how did you do it?

They are testing it, so some accounts have it, On the positive side, it allows you to redeem rewards without a phone number, and the rewards are returned instantly!!

This is an image I took from the internet; currently, none of my accounts are doing this. And This is a redeem page, you can see the option to send an SMS below (sorry for my bad english).

@badcaf3 Can I contact you somehow?
Did someone managed to make that temporarily restricted thing disappear? Even with an account that wasn't used for around a month it's still temporarily restricted, so i'm starting to be a bit lost here I checked a bit reddit, from the things i saw, no my reward dashboard is in french (and i am french so that checks out), and no, even xbox card don't work, and neither is the mobile app
This might help,
. Use this website's free proxies with nstbrowser when you redeem or check the account so it doesn't get flagged that multiple accounts were open on the same IP. You would need to pay for extra bandwidth if it turns out you also need to run each account in the script on different IPs
Hi, does anybody know if switching your IP a lot is being detected by Microsoft Rewards? Because I use Tor, and every time my one script completes an account, it restarts Tor for every other script too, so there are a lot of IP changes happening here for the other accounts when an account switch happens. The other scripts' IP addresses get changed too because my restart Tor function changes every port and not the individual one the script is using. Is that an issue or not regarding the banning of accounts? Furthermore, my Tor exit nodes are limited to the country that I'm currently living in, e.g., Russia.

Tor already changes IP regularly anyway, so always restarting tor won't make you more detected (though why do you need to restart tor between scripts? I only restart it once per day for updates, and each ports are separate tor connections, meaning they don't have the same IP) I think the IP often changing doesn't matter. At least it didn't 1 year ago. Maybe nowadays it could pop up the you cant redeem rewards currently. What's sure is that you won't get perma banned, as long as tor is always using the same country (which you should be careful for, one time i tried setting it to US, and in exit nodes there was one from netherland that managed to sneak into the US ones, ending up banning my accounts. If your accounts are already at 3000-4000 points you shouldn't have to worry about it)
@serzak51 Thanks for the reply, so frequent IP changes aren't really a problem with Microsoft Rewards! I've just wanted to ask if it's a big problem when many accounts are being used on the same Tor IP, (not at the same time but consecutively) that it could increase youre chances of getting detected and in the end stopping you from redeeming your rewards?
If you want I can give you my bat file which checks tor ips based on their location. So you don´t have to check it everytime in the Browser
@echo off REM IP & Location-Check mit Markierung für nicht-deutsche IPs
setlocal enabledelayedexpansion REM ANSI-Escape-Sequenzen aktivieren (Windows 10+) for /f "delims=" %%a in ('echo prompt $E ^| cmd') do set "ESC=%%a"
for %%P in (9150 9152 9154 9156 9158 9160 9162) do ( echo Checking IP for Tor instance on port %%P... for /f "delims=" %%I in ('curl --silent --socks5-hostname 127.0.0.1:%%P https://api.ipify.org') do ( set IP=%%I for /f "tokens=1* delims=," %%A in ('curl --silent "http://ip-api.com/csv/!IP!?fields=country,city"') do ( if /i "%%A"=="Germany" ( echo IP: !IP! echo Location: %%A, %%B ) else ( echo !ESC![31mIP: !IP! echo Location: %%A, %%B!ESC![0m ) ) echo. ) )
pause
Maybe even updating youre geoip and geoip6 file could reduce youre chances of connecting to the netherlands because it sure as hell did it for me. I Hope this could help you out! (You can also block the bad ips inside youre torrc, which will stop tor from connecting to it)
Has anyone run a bot for a month without getting flagged for "Unusual search activity" or "Temporarily restricted"?
