added optional nicknames to accounts with colors

I added an optional nickname to accounts to keep track of points easily in logs (especially when using multiple clusters) ,i also added optional colors to those nicknames using colorts package , the possible values for the colors are :

  • black
  • red
  • green
  • yellow
  • blue
  • magenta
  • cyan
  • white
  • gray
  • grey
