the respawning problem is totally different. If before the respawn radios work, and after respawn there is trouble, please have a look at your respawning scripts/templates

This should also affect the height. Essentially taking the height of the new "inaccurate" position. Note however that military positioning accuracy is down to 1cm.

I also agree on both suggestions: delay until the rewrite is finished and on the use of CBA hashes.
