favorite projects,search project by typing, list projects if user has role

We have a big project list for every user and would be useful to let usr 
configure favourites like the plugin redmine_favourite_projects.

To be able to search fast in big project list, the dropdown shall be filter by 
typing the project name on the fly.

Configure roles the user needs the project to be shown
