Add preview for local videos

At the moment, you can only preview installed videos through the "Manage Animations" menu, which doesn't include videos added to ~/homebrew/animations. It would be great if there was a way to preview videos added through ~/homebrew/animations, whether via the same installed list or through the selection dropdown/a button to preview the currently selected video.
