I spent hours and hours debugging to figure out my config.php was outdated. It seems this bug also causes changes to the environment variables to not cause a configuration file...

I ended up just manually editing config.php. I could not find any way to get Nextcloud to behave properly here.

I'm quite confused why the [getDominantColor](https://developer.android.com/reference/androidx/palette/graphics/Palette#getDominantColor(int)) function from Google's Palette class would pick green as dominant color there. Perhaps we should look at that instead, perhaps the default "swatch" is...

Did anyone decide on where a fork is happening? I don't have time to maintain more, but the 2.X update seems to have broken some more stuff in this project...
