Broken v1.5 link

Hey,

the original location of SD 1.5 checkpoint was removed from Huggingface, which broke the colab.

Any idea how to fix it?

change Model_Version from SD1.5 to SDXL, or just pick checkpoint from google drive using PATH _to_MODEL or from civitai using MODEL_LINK
