Newest version doesn't "Cache latents". Is that normal?

I've been running this on Paperspace for a while and it always does the "cache latents" step, but recently that disappeared. I tried using my old diffusers folder, and it worked. Did you make a change in your Diffusers repo that would do this? Is that step supposed to go away?
