Confusing instructions

Under the U-Net Training settings it says: "These default settings are for a dataset of 10 pictures which is enough for training a face, start with 500 or lower, test the model, if not enough, resume training for 150 steps, keep testing until you get the desired output, set it to 0 to train only the text_encoder." but the default settings for U-Net in this notebook are 1500 and 2e-6, so where does "500 or lower" come in? Before the notebook said 650 instead of 500 and it was still a bit confusing cause the default settings weren't 650. Can you clarify?
