fast-stable-diffusion Slow startup

It seems that the startup is lagging much longer than before you updated the dependencies.

I constantly get an inactivity notice now when waiting for the last cell to start.

This is before any output is printed to the form.

that is caused by too many extensions installed, colab is slow

Got it. I think the pop ups are more recent I am getting them on other collars now. Anytime a process hangs like that.

Not sure why but the images I am getting are not the same as on my desktop install. Same settings everywhere but not the same result. That is also new. did a fresh install. Maybe I'm still missing something on my end...

Same here with slow startup. Before the latest update it was taking 3-4 mins total, now it's over 10 minutes. No changes in extensions (other than running the ControlNet update cell, but not sure if any changes). All seems to be since the 3.9 update as far as I can tell?

Models still seem to load at the same speed - but the ControlNet cell and the Start Stable Diffusion cell are now taking at least 5 minutes each?

I run it on runpod and the startup seems to be a lot slower there aswell. Especially loading the images takes for every.

how many vCPUs in your VM ?

It was 8 vCPUs.

Controlnet cell is directly related to the download speed

It is slow even if I delete the controlnet cell. is there a way to make it fast again?
