"content/drive/MyDrive/Colab Notebooks/Stable Diffusion" don't leave spaces in your folders names
update the image by clicking update on the status bar, or build a fresh workspace/notebook
not in jupyter, in the start/stop machine page in paperspace gradient
try `pip install cchardet`
Try running the notebook without the first cell, if it works, then your extensions folder needs cleaning and updating
run the previous cells
