Make use of the 2nd byte for each entry inside OBJ files

I have no clue what the 2nd byte means. Is it a VRAM offset? Is it some obscure information exclusive for their tools?

Needs proper investigation.

Super Mario World OBJ files always have this set to 0.

Yoshi's Island OBX files have this set to a non zero value, I've seen 01, 02 and 03. Looks like it's some sort of VRAM offset.
