More accessible language picking

Description When you have a lot of languages installed it can be tedious to manually scroll and look for the language you're looking to pick. For this reason I would suggest the ability to add shortcuts for setting specific languages. These shortcuts would work even when a Text-Grab window is not active.

Alternatives Alternatives or additions to make language selection faster/more accessible might be:

• A more compact language menu in the fullscreen mode so that you see more languages at once
• A new language selector item in the system tray that has a submenu of the languages that you can choose from as shown in the example image below:
