Windows Server 2019 support

Hello folks, I'm trying to install/execute Text-grab to our Citrix farm running on Windows server 2019 VM's. Both .exe and self-contained package gave the same results, the app won't start and nothing happened on the screen, although task manager show the running process.

Is the package support only Windows 10/11 and/or phisical machine?
