Opens GF and ETW beyond screen bounds

Describe the bug Sometimes the Grab Frame and the Edit Text Window do not place within the bounds of the screen. This seems to happen when the primary display has a scaling that the secondary screen does not.

Where is the bug

  • Grab Frame
  • Edit Text Window

In my scenario,

  • Primary display 1, 150% scaling
  • display 2, 100% scaling
  • display 3, 100% scaling
