ExportAll respecting filters?

This may be a user issue, but ExportAll is handy for my less tech-savvy clients who need to download data from my server-hosted dashboards. That being said, I have several filters for the clients available; the ExportAll button downloads the data correctly, but without respect to filters (e.g., I will filter for the top 10 results on a sheet where all results are displayed, after setting the filter, ExportAll still downloads the full dataset rather than top 10).

Is this a user issue or not an available functionality?
