Export All button has disappeared on multiple dashboards - It used to show up just fine

This is happening for multiple people and in both Chrome and Firefox. Occasionally people can still see the button - Not sure why. It was appearing fine for weeks beforehand. From the other GitHub issues it looks like other people have had this issue before too. Thanks!
