Extension failure on embedded tableau report. error on getExtentionStatusCode call.

I added the export all extension to my report and it's embedded on my web page. When it's opened, all the other components on report work fine, but the "Export All" extension was not load. User was kicked off from the report and prompted for login again. Checked the browser's dev log, a call to getExtensionStatusCode failed with error code 46. Then failed to load the extension and got NotAuthentication error.
