Randomly hide/show Export Button on Dashboard

Hi! Currently we are experiencing and odd random behaviour. We have been working with the extension for several time but now some users can not see the button (not always, just some times) and it randomly dissapear.

I've been checking but from tableau side looks like everything is properly set and work through vpn. It may be something security related? or is there any change on tableau extensions that could impact the export functionality?
