Adding British English changes

I've ignored changes to the stash file because it stands to reason that the text you see in the game ought to have been written by people who live in that universe (which is Kentucky in this instance).

Some of the renames align with the ones I made in #462 (see the comments too), good call on others!

UK English is sadly not in the game as it's on hold now, but it would be nice to have it in game soon-ish!™

I noticed your PR immediately after raising this one. I'm happy to know that British English is planned, even if it's for some nebulous future date.
