Changed to match army clothing – it also doesn't correlate with the U.S. Army branding of United States Army (not sure if it's copyrighted or not).

I think there's no imminent issue about copyrights as even the U.S army logo seems to be public domain (unlike the issue you and other games had with Red Cross), but I'd change it just to be sure. ;)

Especially as I think there's nothing preventing it lore-wise or do I miss something?

For some reason the US Army Ham Radio appears for me as untranslated in debug (incidateted by ! in front): 1

Was a while since I made this PR, but it's still relevant

Any commends @nsKpz? It should be still possible to be merged mostly as is after solving some formatting changes in Movables_EN.txt, though translations could be adjusted too.
