It's a longer while since rags aren't obtained just from ripping sheets, but can be obtained from tearing clothing and since tailoring all other dirty items share the same name (denim strips, leather strips) so I adjusted it to match.

Yea, we have changed it to Rag in Chinese translation.

In Polish both rag and ripped sheets are also unified to "piece of cloth" (which actually is even more fitting than "Rag", but that's a different story) :)

I see you added "Fabric" to the sheet ropes now @nsKpz; does it mean this one should be called Fabric as well to fit recent tailoring skill? I can remade this or make a new PR for that if that's so.
