Mob Crusher from Industrial Foregoing Crash-Report

Observed Behavior:

Mob Crusher from Industrial Foregoing seems to be reverted back to default, I can't tell the exact moment it happens, but I got this sometimes, not frequent. What happened is the console with show the crash without actually crashing the game. Every time the crash report showed up it reverted the range addon from industrial foregoing and it revert the machine to the beginning when you just put it in the world (without power even though the power is connected, and to fix it just pause and unpause the machine.

I think this is similar to this issue #22 , but instead of Rough Mobs 2, I'm using Rough Mobs Revamped. But I noticed there are some mention for Special Mobs Mod.
