[Feature Request] Store audit trails for Task and Log entities

Feature Description

Currently no audit trails are stored for Task and Log entities. This might disable the enterprise usability of the platform due to audit requirements, therefore it makes to address this pain point. Also this can be a low hanging fruit due to the already existing and centralized audit service.
