[Feature Request] Ability to delete ATT&CK Patterns

Feature Description

Right now there is no way to delete/disable any imported ATT&CK Pattern, like how we do with imported taxonomies. Allowing admin to do that would be helpful.

I thought I was going mad when I couldn't find a way to do this. I got some errors when importing, so want to delete them all and import again to be sure.

Importing is silent, so I am unsure if it is even working again - waited 20 mins for a success message, and didn't get one.
