[FR] Make URLs reflect current view

For the purpose of sharing with teammates, it would be a good addition to the platform if the URL more accurately reflected what I view on the page.

For example, say I'm reviewing some alerts, and I query only by alerts generated by appliance1...

In order for my teammates to see what I see, I'll need to communicate the process to apply these filters in their browser, as this is not done automatically with URL params.

Implementation for this particular example could look like:

Note that there's no change to the URL when opening this dialogue.
