Dynamicly load addons while server is running

Hey, just wanting to add to this: -while the server is running, downloading a mod (lets say a car) from the in-game repository / automation. This results in only that one client having the car, HOWEVER... if both clients download that mod, and both clients also copy the mod to their kissmp mods folder, the new car seems to work in multiplayer without reconnecting. since both parties and the serve now have the mod file.

this is just a bit of what i have tried. i can try more things if you want ^^
