UI isn't working

The UI almost NEVER appears. Sometimes, I can get it to pop-up if I uninstall the RK engines mod. The UI will then work fine until I relaunch the game.

I've heard a lot of my friends have had this issue too.

Some mods can break a lot of things so it might just be that.
